Everycare support people to maintain at home, providing person centred care. In response to service users' and contractors' needs, we provide tailor-made services that deliver the highest quality of health and social care. We have a rigorous recruitment and selection programme, and we focus on comprehensive staff training and on-going assessment to ensure quality standards are continuously met across the organisation. Each of our Everycare Offices has successfully been assessed and has achieved registration with its’ relevant health and social care regulatory and inspectorate body: Care Standards Inspectorate for Wales (CSSIW), Care Quality Commission (CQC) or Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland (SCSWIS) Our Services We provide the services of trained and qualified health and social care staff: • Health care assistants • Support workers • Health and social care assistants Our staff members are trained to provide specialised health and social care, to those with age related challenges, mental health needs, learning disabilities, drug and alcohol dependency, physical disability, brain injury, challenging behaviour and services for children.
