💆‍♂️ Avoid missing out – book your massage in advance

With appointments filling up quickly, I always recommend booking ahead to secure a time that works best for you.

Appointments are available with both myself and Charlie - but as our diaries tend to fill up fast, planning ahead really helps avoid disappointment.

We offer:

💜 Sports massage

💜 Deep tissue massage

💜 Remedial massage

Whether you’re dealing with tight muscles, recovering from training, or just need some maintenance, regular treatments can make a real difference - but last-minute availability can be limited when we’re fully booked. And most of all, I hate not being able to help when you need it.

📅 Top tip: Book your next session in advance (or even block a few in) to stay consistent and keep on top of your recovery.

If you’re not sure what treatment you need, I’m always happy to advise - just drop me a message.

How Massage can make a difference:

Client presented with pain, stiffness, and limited shoulder movement (classic frozen shoulder).

They were experiencing reduced range of motion and pain affecting sleep & daily tasks.

Treatment:
Sports massage, soft tissue release, and mobility work alongside simple home exercises.

Results:
✔️ Less pain
✔️ Improved movement
✔️ Better function in daily life

A frozen shoulder doesn’t have to hold you back - targeted treatment gets results.

You don’t have to come back… but we’d love you to ✨

Massage can be a powerful way to ease an injury - or help prevent one in the first place 💆‍♀️

If we feel you’d benefit from regular treatments, we’ll always recommend a plan tailored to you. There’s never any pressure - our role is simply to guide you, while you stay in tune with what your body needs.

One-off massages are absolutely welcome, but if you’re not currently dealing with an injury, we generally suggest a sports massage every 4–6 weeks to support prevention - helping your body move well and reducing the risk of future issues.

Investing in your body now can help you avoid problems later ✨

Struggling with migraines? Sports massage may help ease the triggers 💆‍♀️

By targeting tension in the neck, shoulders, and upper back, sports massage can:

✔️ Release tight muscles that contribute to headaches

✔️ Improve circulation and oxygen flow

✔️ Reduce stress levels (a major migraine trigger)

✔️ Support better posture

While it’s not a cure, regular sports massage can help reduce the frequency and intensity of migraines for some people.

Taking care of your body can make a real difference ✨

🏃‍♂️ Training for a marathon? Don’t forget recovery.

A sports massage can help runners:

✔️ Reduce muscle tightness and soreness

✔️ Improve flexibility and movement

✔️ Speed up recovery after long runs

✔️ Help prevent injuries during high-mileage training

It supports the full training cycle: Run → Recover → Rest → Perform.

Take care of your muscles so they can carry you all the way to the finish line.

3 Most Common Reasons People Book a Massage

1️⃣ Back Pain
Long hours sitting, poor posture, or daily stress can cause tightness and discomfort in the back.

2️⃣ Shoulder & Neck Tension
Often caused by desk work, stress, or looking down at phones and laptops.

3️⃣ Migraines & Headaches
Massage can help relieve tension in the neck and shoulders, which may reduce the frequency of headaches.

If you’re experiencing any of these, massage therapy may help relieve tension and get you feeling more comfortable again.

Feel free to get in touch to find out more or book a session.

Most people think deep tissue massage is about pressure.

It’s actually about precision.

As a sports massage therapist, I don’t chase pain - I chase results.

A Deep Tissue Massage is not “relaxation with extra pressure.”

They’re about:
➡ Identifying why a muscle is tight
➡ Understanding how your body is compensating
➡ Treating the cause, not just the symptom

That tight neck? Often linked to your shoulders.
Recurring hamstring strains? Usually a hip or glute issue.
Lower back pain? Rarely just the lower back.

My job is to read the body like a map - and help it move better, recover faster, and stay pain-free longer.

This work is for:
✔️ Athletes who want to perform better
✔️ Active bodies that won’t switch off
✔️ Desk workers carrying stress in their muscles
✔️ Anyone tired of the same pain coming back

If your body feels like it’s working against you, it’s time to change the approach.

Massage with purpose. Movement with freedom.

Progress in the body rarely announces itself.

It reveals itself with consistent care.

In sports massage, real change doesn’t happen in one session.

It shows up when:

💜 Movement feels easier

💜 Tension returns less often

💜 Recovery improves

💜 Performance becomes more efficient

Consistency is what allows the body to adapt, repair, and perform better.
