Hi Everyone, I’m Charlie 👋

I’m really excited to share that I’ve joined the Sussex Massage Therapy team and I’m looking forward to welcoming clients at The Old School House, Mill Road.

I qualified as a massage therapist two years ago and have continued to build my skills through advanced clinical and sports massage training alongside my hands-on work. All of my training has been with the Jing Institute of Massage and Complementary Therapy in Brighton, an award-winning school known for its evidence-based approach to pain relief.

I currently hold a Level 5 qualification in Advanced Clinical & Sports Massage and I’m working towards my BTEC Level 6 Diploma, alongside further training in Hot Stone Therapy and Advanced Myofascial Release. I also have a strong interest in supporting clients with chronic pain conditions, including lower back pain, plantar fasciitis, and carpal tunnel syndrome.

I’m passionate about helping people feel better, move more comfortably, and improve their quality of life, and I can’t wait to start treating clients at Sussex Massage Therapy very soon.

As the New Year approaches, I’ve been reflecting on just how far I’ve come.

The business has truly been thriving, with my weeks fully booked - thank you all so much for your continued support.

I’ve been enjoying my role as a wellness coach for Optimise. As always, my doors are open if you have any questions.

Behind the scenes, I’ve also been working incredibly hard on a project I’m truly passionate about - one that will bring greater wellbeing, flexibility, and professionalism to Sussex Massage Therapy.
