GENTLE CHAIR YOGA

Sharon's classes are welcoming, accessible, inclusive and fun. She is very knowledgeable and experienced, and demonstrates the movements well; explaining the 'why' as well as the 'how'. She makes it clear that everyone is on their own personal journey and there is no pressure, just to make of it what you can (being aware of your own limits). Sharon brings her bubbly personality into each session which makes them full of smiles and laughs. She is kind and intuitive and will adapt accordingly should she recognise a need. Sharon goes out of her way to engage with all of her attendees and her sessions soon feel more like a 'gathering of friends' and less like a formal exercise class.
More than happy to highly recommend this class to anyone wanting to retain or improve their flexibility and mobility in a friendly, accessible, accepting setting.
