✨This Friday 23/1/2026 ✨ Free Meditation within Zadie Xa’s Turner Prize installation✨ 4.30-5pm

I am very excited and honoured to be offering a free magical golden light meditation in the incredibly immersive and stunningly beautiful Xadie Xa Turner Prize exhibition.

Taking place inside Zadie Xa’s immersive installation, which draws on Korean shamanism, folklore, and oceanic imagery to create a contemplative, other-worldly space. Surrounded by sound, textiles, reflective surfaces and symbols of water and animal life, we will breathe deep, slowing down and tuning into themes of ancestral memory, spirituality and interconnection between humans, nature, and the unseen.

No prior knowledge of the artwork or meditation is needed just a willingness to listen, reflect, and be present.

All our welcome to sign up for a recharging grounding breath centred meditation to shine gold light through our whole selves and be at one with our true nature.

I will lead everyone for 10 mins and then we will drop into silence to breathe & immerse with the wonderful sounds of the exhibit aswell as a few live healing crystal singing bowls, ocean drum, chimes & shamanic rattles.

Please dm me to reserve your space & bring a blanket to sit on / wrap round yourself ❤️

There is an A4 Bag policy meaning any bags larger than this size will need to be checked into the free cloakroom.
For Zadie Xa’s exhibition, there is highly reflective flooring in this space. We ask all attendees to wear shoe coverings or take off their shoes before visiting.

A big Thank You to all who came to our Recharge Retreat yesterday 🙏🏼

These are just some of the brilliant vision boards that were personally crafted by our group after our long immersive self inquiry & breakthrough journey which we all dived deep into for the morning ~ nervous system stabilising & whole system activating pranayam, mantra, asana, kriya, sound healing & nidra 💖

Brilliant to connect with you all & you all got to meet one another. The New Moon in Capricorn synced up beautifully with our themes of intentional action & practice throughout the day with trust & passion for the year ahead & beyond 🌚

✨ How to create a simple at-home vision board ✨

- Set an intention – sit in meditation with your breath & Sankalpa or take a few quiet breaths and reflect on how you want to feel, not just what you want to achieve
- Gather materials – magazines, words, images, symbols, scissors & glue
- Let intuition lead – cut out what draws you in without overthinking
- Arrange with meaning – notice patterns, themes & energy as you place pieces together
- Seal it in – take a moment to connect with gratitude and trust your vision

Place your board somewhere you’ll see it often and let aligned action follow 💫

Thank you all who came to our special New Years Sound Bath & Nidra 💖

Was so beautiful to see you all and to be in the healing frequencies of our soul’s infinite wisdom through pranayama, sound waves, stillness, guided meditation and shared intention 🙏🏼

The space was filled with deep rest, clarity, and heartfelt Sankalpas—each one a reminder of our true essence we centre with when we slow down and listen within to our hearts prayer, intention and shining✨

After all write their hearts song into a card & felt into how to nourish themselves with these journaling prompts ~

When I imagine feeling deeply nourished this year, I feel…

How do I want to remember this feeling in the days ahead?

& we then created our own unique Sigil's - a super charged symbol & reminder of our innate calling. 🪔

So grateful for this community, for your openness, and for the magic that unfolds when we gather to rest, release, and realign 🪷

We are full once again & full of excitement for Journey of Love Retreat in Rishikesh 3-8th March 2026 🪷🇮🇳

A very special, trip of a lifetime Yoga & Meditation retreat & Option to stay the next week for the International Yoga Festival 9-15th March 2026

Days of living Yoga on and off the mat immersed in the incredible wild beauty of Rishikesh, Ma Ganga’s ever flowing grace, philosophy of the Bhagavad Gita, deepening our own Yoga ~ breath, experience, understanding and enjoyment of Presence, Meditation & Devotion.
Discovering, sharing and exploring what is your journey / calling / service with love.

We will be staying together in a small modern hotel near the banks of Ma Ganga, all rooms en-suite & air con with our own beautiful private Yoga Shala, cafe and Ayurveda massage centre.
~ Breakfast is included.
We will get lunch and dinner out as a group every day at healthy clean cafes to experience different places.

Incredible discovery days ~
Wake up with sunrise to enjoy a devotional long energising Yoga & Pranayama (breath work) practice before breakfast.
Day trips are included to Vashistha cave & waterfall, the Beatles ashram & the Shiva temples of Rishikesh.
Walk with the banks of Ma Ganga, enjoy shopping in all fascinating local areas & offer your love & prayers to mother India as you experience daily life.
Lunch out.
Late afternoon recharging Yin Yoga.
For sunset we walk to Ganga Aarti.
Dinner out as small groups or all together - each evening you can decide what you’d like to do.
& special surprise events too 🌌

Travel from the UK as a group arriving in Delhi on the 3rd. Transfers will be arranged for all from Delhi to Rishikesh (6 hr drive).

Option to stay for the International Yoga Festival 8-16th March @ Parmarth Niketon for the festival programme, ashram accommodation and food is included in Full Board price from the 8th (booked separately via their website) & option to Travel back together on return after the festival on the 16th (unless you decide to travel onwards further).

Yoga practice begins with generous equal breathing,
a gentle return to the body in the present moment.

This signals safety to the nervous system,
activating the parasympathetic response
and allowing tension to soften, calming and centring the whole of you.

Breath speaks directly to the nervous system.
Through the vagus nerve, the body shifts into ease.
Less tension.
More clarity.
A return to balance.

As the body softens & strengthens, the fascia responds —
hydrating, lengthening, and restoring resilience
through time, stillness, repetition, pulse and mindful load.

Movement becomes more efficient,
strength grows from deep stability,
and the spine is supported from the inside out.

Nothing is forced.
The body adapts when it feels safe enough to do so.

This is intelligent movement —
where breath, tissue, and nervous system work together.

Yoga supports the whole system —
improving circulation, strength, and mobility,
while reducing stress hormones
and enhancing emotional regulation.

When the body has been moved in balance
with balanced breathing it feels more supported, open, stronger, at ease,
the mind becomes clearer, calmer, centred
and the heart more open, loving, peaceful.

A New Year, Gently..

Not everything begins with fire.
Some beginnings arrive
like breath returning to the body,
like snow softening the sharp edges of sound.

This year does not ask you to hurry.
It asks you to listen
to what has been carrying you
even when you did not know how.

Let the noise of becoming rest.
Let the nervous system remember
it was never meant to stay alert forever.

Here, in the quiet stretch of winter,
intentions are not shouted—
they are planted.
They wait.
They trust the dark.

You are allowed to arrive slowly.
You are allowed to rest
before you rise.

The year will meet you
when you are ready.

On the longest night, we remember the light that never leaves ✨

Winter Solstice invites us into stillness.
& today is also World Meditation Day inviting us again to breathe into presence 🙏🏼

With every breath, we breathe with our own souls light, a quiet light living beneath the noise, ever shining, steady and leading you through the darkness.

This infinite light remembers ✨

Tonight we sit, breathe, and honor life, our ancestors and the seasons that are always turning in the cycle of the sacred ✨

The edge of the solstice,

the barren darkness,

the wheel.

Nature knows that every cycle

must return to stillness and silence.

That every inhale has an exhale.

That every ending births a beginning.
