Although the rules in the UK have relaxed, the rules in the clinic remain the same. Please could all clients let me know if they have come into contact with COVID, even if they haven’t got any symptoms so we have the opportunity to rearrange their appointment. Let’s protect each other and the people we love.

MYOFASCIAL DRY CUPPING
Now available!
Used alongside traditional massage techniques this treatment provides a vacuum to allow fresh blood and oxygen to reach the underlying tissue. In turn this will promote healing and enhance the effects of the massage. Stagnant blood that’s been trapped in injured tissue is removed more quickly (depending on the level of stagnation, it’s normal for marks to be left on the skin for a few days).

Well, after much confusion, it seems that SPORTS MASSAGE THERAPISTS are not allowed to work through lockdown. I totally support anything that will help the current covid-19 situation but I am so upset that my industry is currently regarded as a luxury, whereas to my clients in pain, it’s a necessity. We are expecting more clarity in the next few days. I will keep you all updated with any information I get and I’ll be sending messages to all my loyal clients who have supported me and my business. I love what I do and I love helping people, so I hope I’m back as soon as possible.
