✨️🫶❤️Welcome to my page! There's been some new followers recently so I want to introduce myself properly....✨️🫶❤️

I'm Amy. This is a picture of me and my beautiful Sonny Bear, whose passing to the spirit world sparked my journey, and who is the inspiration behind this page 🐾💙.

We 'rescued' Bear just after lockdown but we weren't to share a whole 9 months together 🥺. I can't explain the grief...it felt disproportionate to the time we had together but I felt how I felt 💔. This feeling of deep loss and grief became my platform for feelings of wanting to explore spirit, the divine, the universe, spirituality - I knew there had to be more to life - there just HAD to be a bigger purpose...✨️

I continued to speak to Beary, asking him to help me on this journey, I would feel him around me and knew he was, indeed, still here supporting me.

✨️I completed a pet bereavement course to help me understand the grief.
✨️I worked with energy to help me understand it and became a reiki master supporting humans and animals.
✨️I worked with and continue to work with a medium to understand mediumship and tap into my gifts from the universe 🙏✨️

Putting everything I learned along the way, I now conduct tarot readings, provide pet loss healing to owners, and facilitate healing whether that be by reiki, meditation, a reading, sound healing, a workshop or simply a conversation. I also conduct past life regression, quantum healing and self-care workshops ALL of which is to help others and provide healing AND I never stop learning ❤️.

You will see I post most days to uplift and empower you as life can be pretty tough hey?! 🫶.

✨️🌿🧡A gorgeous Self-care Sunday morning spent with beautiful souls holding sacred space for our 'flowing with the seasons' session.

✨️🌿🧡We did gentle shadow work with each one acknowledging something heavy that needs to be released, to make space for new coming in just as we see the leaves on the trees...gently release with grace.

✨️🌿🧡With the dark comes light. We found what we want to make space for and what self care looks like for us all.

🍂We aligned our energy with nature 🌳🧡.

🍂We paused, honoured ourselves, each other and the nature around us 🌳🧡.

🍂We received guidance from ourselves, ancestors and the animals.
