For the past five years, our amazing team have come together each Christmas to purchase, wrap and deliver gifts to all of our customers — a tradition we’re incredibly proud of. 💜

This year, we’re going one better!
Our Wrapped in Kindness campaign will extend beyond our customers to include local care home residents and vulnerable or isolated members of the community.

Our goal is simple — to spread a little love, kindness and festive cheer to those who need it most.

💝 Dropping gifts off at our office — items such as biscuits, gift sets, blankets, socks or festive treats are very welcome!

Pumpkins, laughter and good company — that’s what autumn days are made of! 🍂🎃

Our lovely customer Daphne enjoyed a cosy companionship visit filled with smiles and a little seasonal fun. At Neighbourhood Care we love making the most of each moment — whether it’s a chat over a cuppa or picking a few pumpkins! 🧡

Our amazing Lorna has officially been crowned Domiciliary Care Worker of the Year at the Care and Support West Awards 2025! 🏆💙

This award is so well deserved, if you know her personally you’ll know what an incredible person she is.

Her compassion, dedication and genuine care touch the lives of everyone she supports.
She goes above and beyond every single day and last night her incredible work was recognised by judges who said some really lovely things about her. Recognising that her journey hasn’t always been easy, but she gave it everything she’s got and look where she is now!! ✨
