We were delighted to welcome Footprints Nursery for a very special visit! The room was filled with smiles as one of our daycare residents read a story to the children — a truly lovely moment shared across generations 📚✨

We also had a visit from Bailey the dog, who brought plenty of joy, cuddles, and wagging tails 🐶

Are you an unpaid carer, or supporting someone who is? 💙

We’re pleased to be supporting Thrive Somerset's Carers Info Session in Burnham‑on‑Sea, where unpaid carers can find out more about the help, advice and local resources available to them.

Our Partnership Leads, Catherine and Claire, will be there on the day to chat with carers, answer questions, and share information about the support Somerset Care can offer.

⏰ 10am - 1pm
📍 Princess Theatre & Arts Centre, Burnham‑on‑Sea

A relaxed, welcoming space to speak with local organisations, carer support services and Adult Social Care — no appointments needed.

We look forward to being part of this important event and supporting unpaid carers in our local community.

Our residents have been busy putting up our new bird station, kindly donated to us, and what a fantastic job they’ve done! 🐦🌿

It’s been lovely to see everyone getting involved, working together, and looking forward to welcoming some feathered visitors into our outdoor space. A big thank you for the generous donation, it’s truly appreciated and already bringing so much joy 💚

We celebrated Chinese New Year in style at Frith House! 🎉🏮 We decorated our dining room with beautiful Chinese lanterns, and of course, we had a feast!

Residents enjoyed their favourite dishes like fried rice, noodles, spring rolls, and curry. 🍜🥢 Some even took on the challenge of using chopsticks!
