On Wednesday this week we had a visit from”George” who works for the charity Secret World.He came and gave a talk on all the good work they do there to help the animals.It was so interesting that the residents were still talking about it when he had gone.We learnt that one of the most important thing you can do when you think an animal has been hurt or abandoned is phone secret world first before picking it up.We learnt so many facts.Who knew that a deer can lose it’s sight from shock for two weeks and then it can come back again.We would definitely recommend any organisation book a talk from them.The money for the talk goes to the charity and they need all the help they can get.We will definitely book them again.
