My name is Sophie Croxford and I am a massage therapist, reflexologist and reiki master Look out for my monthly offers.

Here at Rejuvenation Room you can choose from a number of massage therapies, reflexology treatments and reiki/seichem healing. Whether you are looking for pain relief, relaxation, de-sressing or ease of tension and aches, there is a treatment for you. Most of my massage treatments are tailor made for each individual client to best solve your problem. These are usually treatments I don't offer normally and are at a reduced price. If you have any questions about any of my treatments, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

💥New Gua Sha Jade Facial💥

This new facial treatment uses Korean skin care products which leave your skin feeling dewy, smooth and hydrated. The treatment includes a double cleanse, exfoliation, mask, serums and moisturisers. It also includes my signature 20 minute face massage with gua sha and jade roller and a 10 minute hand massage while your mask is doing it's work. A fabulous treatment for setting your skin up for the coming winter months. Special price of £50 for 50 minutes.

R&R Reflexology and Reiki

This treatment consists of both a full reflexology session and 45 minutes of reiki. Reiki includes chakra balancing, crystals and a oracle card reading. £80 for 90 minutes.

Destress Massage

Targets neck, shoulders and back using hot stones. Great for areas of tension, pain and stress. £40 for 45 minutes.

Foot Ritual

A combined treatment of Thai foot massage, reflexology and pressure point massage. Great for relieving foot pain and tension. £55 for 60 minutes

This treatment starts with a scalp massage (no oil used), hot stone hand and arm massage, hot stone neck and shoulder massage followed by a face massage. 45 minutes for £40.

Lower Body Blast
Beginning with hot stone and warm bamboo massage to back and front of legs and finishes with a foot massage using Thai foot stick and reflexology techniques. 45 minutes for £40.

Bit in the Middle 😂
My de-stress massage incorporates hot stones and targets the neck and shoulders whilst laying on your back followed by full back neck and shoulder laying on your front. Really great for targeting areas of tension and stress reducing aches and pains. 45 minutes for £40.

Reiki Special - 75 minutes of reiki seichem healing. Treatment includes smudging, chakra balancing, crystals, hands on healing and card reading. Perfect for dealing with emotional and mental issues and targeting physical ailments. Lovely relaxing treatment. £60.00 for 75 minutes.

Leg Massage - great for getting rid of tension and muscle ache in the legs. Hot stones and warm bamboo sticks are perfect for this treatment as they iron out pain and stiffness from running, cycling and walking. £30 for 30 minutes.

Foot Massage - bit of reflexology, bit of Thai foot massage and some pressure point stimulation. Wake up those tired feet with this all round foot treatment. £30 for 30 minutes.

Targeted Back Neck and Shoulder Massage - hot stones, warm bamboo sticks and deep tissue are all included in this treatment to really target your back issues, tight shoulders and stiff neck. £50 for 60 minutes.
