🌟 Wondering what happens at a Meditative Sound Bath with Dona at Inner Peace Holistic?

Let me gently walk you through it...

First, simply choose the date and location that feels right for you.
When you're ready, you can email me at donakemble@icloud.com or send a message to 07590 107615 to book your space.

There’s no special preparation needed — just wear comfortable clothing.

Many people like to bring a few extra comforts like warm socks, an eye mask, or a favourite blanket.

If lying down doesn’t feel right for you, you’re welcome to bring a foldable chair — whatever helps you feel most at ease.
When you arrive, you'll find a calm, welcoming space.

You can settle in on a mat or a chair, with cosy pillows and blankets around you.
There’s nothing you need to do except relax, breathe, and receive the soothing sounds and gentle meditation.

The instruments will create calming waves of sound, helping your mind to quieten and your body to deeply relax.

It’s a time just for you — to let go of any worries and drift into peaceful stillness. 🌟🙏
