A blissful sonic immersion for Spring was had at the Beech Hill hall this evening. Gorgeous harmonies, lovely yoga nidra, soothing sound bath, we journeyed from a Winter cacoon to sowing seeds for Spring with intentional journalling also. Huge thanks to everyone who came along 😊❤🎶🙏

Yeay! Our Healing Sound Bath performance was a fantastic success! 😍🎶🙏 We had 15 beautiful souls arrive (despite it being holiday time) to soak up & absorb our 3 blissful mantras & our vibrationally healing Sound bath.
We sang our version of the Mrityunjaya Mantra (Om Tryumbakum), The Asatoma Mantra, & we created a song whilst singing the sanskrit seed words of the 7 major Chakra points in the body. Harmonies were lush! 🥰🎶🙏

Followed by a very nourishing sound bath - the gongs played so well together, venus had her debut outing with us as well as Catherine's chinese wind gong & my Subatomic Chau. Flute tootled v.nicely, drums played directly close to the body so our group could feel the vibrations & we finished with the lovely swinging chimes.

So very blessed to be doing this work together with an amazing lady. ❤🥰🎶

Not long to go till our Healing Sound bath Performance! Sat July 29th 😀 It's going to be a beautiful blend of performance style mantra/ song followed by the deeply healing vibrations of our sound bath which includes gongs, singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, drum & more. 😍🎶
All you'll need is to bring a yoga mat/similar, blanket & cushion for your comfort to the Beech Hill Memorial hall, RG7 2BE. Tea will be served after to help everyone to ground.
