Monday 5th January-back to normal at Burnham lodge our usual activities resumed.and it was so lovely to welcome the vicar for lunch .where we shared a really nice grace together.in the afternoon,we had lots of fun with painting club ,working on still life pieces,We also enjoyed a sensory session for some residents,with bubbles and slime bringing plenty of laughter.what a lovely afternoon all round.

Looking back over 2025’s adventures and events involving our residents, families, friends, staff.

We are also truly grateful for the support from the community of Burnham and surrounding areas throughout the year and we are looking forward to more adventures and fun in 2026.

Christmas Day was full of fun love and laughter at Burnham Lodge. Family and friends came to visit and the residents and staff had a wonderful festive day with Carols sung by a local church and a festive lunch made by our wonderful chefs.

Bob’s 100th birthday was marked by an exceptionally special occasion at Burnham Lodge nursing home the occasion was honoured with a visit from a Wing Commander Of the air force recognising Bob’s distinguished service. Surrounded by friends and relatives Bob enjoyed a wonderful party filled with pride respect and heartful celebration. It was a truly memorable day with Bob being honoured to the highest degree for both his remarkable milestone and service.
