DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION NOTICE!!

If you haven’t already paid deposits for Christmas week can you please do so by the end of the week. Any that’s not paid will be given to the waiting/cancellation list.

Any cancellations needs 24/48 hours notice to be able to fill the booking. Just a quick message to let me know in advance instead of on the day would be much appreciated. I understand that some things can’t be helped.

All deposits are 50% non refundable of the treatment costs. If you give the required notice time then it will be refunded or rolled over to your next appointment.

Hope everyone understands the frustration of last minute cancellation. It just makes it easier when working out monthly costs. Thank you for those who send straight away and support small businesses 💕
