It’s been lovely posting bits of content on social media platforms however I now moving into a new phase of continuing to building my private practice and teaching the next generation of psychotherapist is going to be my main focus. I have used social media as a creative outlet and to inform/help people, which i have enjoyed so much. It has helped me gain the confidence in public speaking and communication which has led me on to now becoming a university lecturer alongside counselling!
