Burnley West Network Together we will support the people of Burnley West to improve health and live well.

Burnley West Health and Wellbeing Team supports patients registered with Burnley Group Practice, Padiham Medical Centre, Rosegrove Surgery, Ightenhill Medical Centre and Riverside Family Practice. The team consists of Care Co-Ordinators, Social Prescribers, Health and Wellbeing Coaches, First Contact Physiotherapists, Mental Health Practitioners, Associate Psychological Practitioner, Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technician and a Nursing Team. We will listen to what is important to you and what you feel you need support with. From there we can work with you to put together a plan which feels meaningful and achievable to you.

Introducing the ParkPlay Together for Winter Challenge!

Come together to with your community and win bonus prizes.

From 8 December to 15 February we are running a fun winter challenge to help us all keep moving, stay connected, play through the coldest months and win ParkPlay goodies and vouchers!

Here’s how it works:
• Make sure you scan your QR code once every week at any ParkPlay
• If you scan in 7 out of the 10 weeks, you will be entered into a prize draw to win one of:
🎁 10 ParkPlay bobble hats
🎁 3 ParkPlay jackets
🎁 1 Party for your ParkPlay

🎁 As an extra bonus: scan in all 10 weeks (100% attendance) and you will automatically win a £10 Decathlon voucher!

Of course, the real win is turning up each week, meeting friends, keeping active and staying part of our community through winter.

It starts next week - come and play and don’t forget to bring your QR code!



T&Cs
1. Scan your QR code every week to count. No scan = no prizes.
2. Maximum 1 scan per week counts
3. Maximum 1 prize per ParkPlayer
4. Decathlon vouchers are limited to a maximum of 200 people.
5. If a ParkPlay is cancelled, 100% attendance will be accepted.
6. The competition runs for ParkPlays from 8th December to 15th February inclusive.

If you’re in the Burnley area, you’re invited to join our monthly Diabetes Group — held on the first Tuesday of every month, 2:00–3:30pm at the Canal & River Trust in Rosegrove.
