A warm welcome awaits at the Hive every Tuesday morning. Come along and enjoy some gentle movement and some lovely conversation with genuinely warm and kind people. Do as little or as much as you want and leave feeling happier and healthier.
Ben and Mel our Health and Wellbeing Coaches will explain everything when you arrive. And they can guarantee that someone will make you a cuppa :-)
Activities include (but are definitely not limited to) group walks/runs, tennis, cycling, bowls, aerobics, yoga.
We have a fantastic British Cycling Coach, Claire, who can support you with gaining confidence on a bike - whether this is a 2 wheeled bike, a hand bike or a trike. We have them all available for you to try.
