Today is World Diabetes Day 💙
Awareness is the first step towards control.

If you’re in the Burnley area, you’re invited to join our monthly Diabetes Group — held on the first Tuesday of every month, 2:00–3:30pm at the Canal & River Trust in Rosegrove.

Come along to listen, ask questions, or share your own experience. Together, we can learn, support one another, and live well with diabetes. 💪

Join NGT The Great Outdoors and Burnley Leisure & Culture for two FREE Glow Walks this month. The glow walks are a fun, easy stroll that’ll brighten up your autumn evenings!
