Due to an increasing number of no-shows, I will now be requiring a non-refundable deposit to secure all appointments for new clients.
This deposit applies to cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time.

If I need to cancel for any reason, all deposits will be fully refunded.

I’m currently extremely busy, and last-minute cancellations or no-shows are unfair to others who are waiting for a chance to book. I truly appreciate your understanding and continued support.
