As self-employed professionals our time is valuable. Please respect that and let us know if you cannot make your appointment. Last-minute changes can happen but failing to show up without notice is unfair and impacts not only me but also other clients who could have taken that appointment.
Moving forward please be aware that repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.
