From today (13th March), I would like to kindly remind all clients that if you miss your appointment without letting me know and would like to book again, the full payment for the missed appointment will need to be paid before I can book you in again.
Last-minute cancellations are absolutely fine as long as you let me know. I completely understand that unexpected things happen and sometimes plans change — we are all human 🫶
However, when someone simply does not show up because they forgot and I have prepared the room, kept the time free, and waited for the appointment, it affects my time.
Thank you very much for your understanding and for respecting my time ❤️
