The Art of Doing Nothing
Today mostly a lot went wrong
I got my smoothie stuff dropped them on the floor spent ages clearing that up.
Then a part of the mechanism was missing and spent ages looking for that and it was right in front of me
And I thought I am going to sit down do nothing and just listen to my body and watch the birds.
How many times do we panic when things go wrong and undervalue the art of doing nothing
Doing nothing brought clarity
Let’s listen to our bodies more
Let’s bring back the art of doing nothing and end the shame
Let’s bring back napping
Let’s end sleep shame for those who like to sleep longer
