Hello therapist have you considered that neurodiverse individuals forget people who are not present in every day life and when they remember them if it’s someone who has passed they go through the grieving process all over again, it’s important to consider that when working through grief and trauma with the client to allow compassion and patience for another grieving process.

Hello therapists as we are now into June and pride is here 🌈 how are you having conversations with your clients around relationships and their sexuality so they know that therapy is a safe place to be open and honest.

Not everyone will have a place to talk and some might be reluctant to trust due to the shame interjected via a family motto, how you approach that conversation is important.
