World Alzheimer's Month in 2025 will be observed throughout the month of September, with World Alzheimer's Day falling on September 21st. It's an international campaign led by Alzheimer's Disease International (ADI) to raise awareness about Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia, and to challenge the stigma surrounding them.
Key Details:
Dates: September 1 - September 30, 2025.
World Alzheimer's Day: September 21, 2025.
Purpose: To raise awareness about Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia, challenge stigma, and promote support for those affected.
Organizer: Alzheimer's Disease International (ADI).
Activities: Advocacy, fundraising, and awareness-raising events are held globally to support people living with dementia and promote research.
