Our last night at Jubilee St 😭. We are trying to find somewhere local to host our Friendship group on a Friday night.

For the time being we are moving to BPRCVS, 62-64 Yorkshire Street, Burnley, BB11 3BT.

The Friday group will run from 5-7pm.

Thank you to everyone who came last night and thank you to Claire's Kitchen for our LOVELY home made carrot cake and chocolate chip cookies, they were delicious!

So we hope to see you all next week at our new (hopefully temporary) location ❤️

As previously stated, The-Oasis C.I.C. is going through a time of change and we are having to change locations to a place that is not as well equipped as where we are now.

So The-Oasis C.I.C. is now on the lookout for a few bits to help us keep our sessions running smoothly! We’re after any crockery, cutlery, tea urns, catering trolleys, or food warming items that you might have spare. ☕🍴

If you’ve got something gathering dust in a cupboard or garage, we’d love to give it a new home! Everything we receive helps us keep offering food, drinks, and a warm, welcoming space for our lovely community 💕

You can drop items off at BPRCVS Centre, Yorkshire Street, Burnley or just pop us a message and we can arrange something.

Well isn't this true!

Life will not always be plain sailing. We will all have good times and we will all have bad times. But you just HAVE to keep plodding on.

Since The-Oasis C.I.C. started over 2 years ago, we have had knock back after knock back. Funding refusals, rooms being too expensive, costs of everything going up.

But we always come back fighting! Fighting so we can help people to gain back their independence, help people to improve their mental health, help people to be able to cope and bounce back in their own times of adversity.

There are going to be a few changes happening with The-Oasis over the next few months because of the result of decisions that are being made for us, but once again, we will carry on, giving everything we have so that we can carry on helping people. Whether it is by being there just for the need of some company, or some advice, or help (in many different ways) or even if you are in crisis.

Keep your eyes peeled for further information. We will update you when things are finalised.

There seems to be a lot of people that identify with the previous post we sent out.

Please, you do not need to feel alone.

We offer private 1-2-1 counselling sessions and also a variety of massages which can also help with mental health (especially if pain is a contributing factor to your problems).

You are NOT bothering us, we want to help.

We have a trained counsellor who will listen and try to help you as much as possible. Please, if you are struggling, get in touch. We can tell you more about what we do and what we charge (VERY competitive rates against other private practice)
