Just a quick reminder
1st Iβd like to say I rarely have this problem however, these past few months cancellations with notice and some with short notice have increased
πplease note this is not personal
The cancellation policy I use:
Online requires a deposits and all deposits are deducted off your appointment. Any deposits are deducted from your appointment on the day.
If you are a new customer a deposit isnβt required , however if you cancel your first appointment a deposit is required to re book.
If you have taken up a large space in my diary deposits will be required for future appointments upon cancellation or appointment changes, this is to avoid multiple changes in the future.
Each appointment gives a 30min clean up time on top of the time for the booking some appointments allow for longer depending on the time a client needs.
If you reserve a slot at your appointment for your next session - please be aware that has not been available to anyone else for a 3/4weeks, so deposits will be required to re book unless itβs health or important circumstances. (Management Discretion )
If you cancel your appointment before 48hrs I will not charge you , however a deposit may be required for another booking
If you cancel within 24hrs the appointment cost will be requested unless there is a medical or important reason. Management discretion is used.
Deposits are non refundable if you cancel your appointment or have already had a change.
On that note:
In the last four years I have fully charged four times. Some clients prefer to pay a deposit knowing they may need to change last minute.
Iβm as reasonable as possible, but I also have to earn building rent and a wage.
