👍 Weigh-in results 👍
It’s a 1.5lb loss for me this week! 😄
I am proud of the Slimming World friendly decisions I made on my weekend trip to Warwickshire, because it would’ve been so easy to use seeing Shaun for the first time in 6 weeks, as an excuse to go off-plan.
I finished off the last of the quiche muffins for lunch today, with some more of Anne’s homegrown salad - and fresh mint! 🌱They’ve been a great go-to lunch for me all week, so I’ll be making another batch of these very soon.
I enjoyed a catch-up over dinner with a friend tonight at Rosa in Barrowford. I checked out the menu beforehand, and decided to go for the mozzarella topped chicken stuffed with veggies, baked in a tomato sauce, served with potatoes. It was light, yet filling, and the flavours were deee-lish. I followed up with a strong cappuccino for dessert ☺️
Earlier this week, I flattened, seasoned, and air fried a large pack of chicken breasts, and froze them individually. I had one in a stir fry with noodles last night, adding a first sample of the Itsu Korean BBQ sauce (very yummy!)
I have 3 weigh-in’s now, until the Slimming World Oscar’s weekend, so I’ll be aiming for a 2lb loss each week - and I might just make it back into target range.
I have a few meals out planned during that time, but I will ensure the eateries have some Slimming World friendly offerings…
I’ll be doing some SP planning also in the run up to that final week!! 🙏
