NOTICE: unfortunately, the space at the current clinic is not big enough so I have made the decision to move.....

Whilst I find a new bigger clinic, I will be working mobile only. I will be taking a break for a few weeks starting in October so if you want to get booked in then please do so before the end of month!

I have heard a couple of horror stories lately....I wont go into detail but please just be mindful who you are booking in with for wax removal....would you let just anyone poke inside your mouth, nose or eye?

Wondering what microsuction involves?

This is the basic anatomy of the ear. As you can see, ear wax builds up in the outer ear, along the ear canal; a tiny probe is placed into the outer ear making contact with the wax, the probe is like a mini vacuum which attaches to the wax to free the wax from the ear.

This is not a painful procedure providing there is no other abnormalities such as infection and if any abnormalities are found then we are able to provide advice and a referral letter for you to send to your GP.

It is usually a quick procedure, taking anywhere from 20 minutes for both ears however, this can take longer depending on the severity of the build up of wax and in a small number of cases, may require a second visit (free of additional charge)
