Like many of us, I have tried every diet going.....honestly!!! Since having my second baby I found it nearly impossible to stick to any conventional diet for long enough to make a difference. I would be great for a few weeks, but then I would become demotivated by the slow weight loss and also the amount of planning required for mealtimes. Despite being on a constant 'diet' I was actually gaining weight year on year! I felt frustrated, confidence was low and I hated the clothes that I was wearing to cover myself up! I didnt think I would ever be slim again!! Then I found The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan. In a short space of time, I lost 3 stone and felt slimmer, healthier and so happy!
