🌀 Do you ever feel like the room’s spinning, even when you're standing still? You might be experiencing vertigo - and yes, physiotherapy can help!

Vertigo is more common than you think, but very few clinics have physios trained to treat it. At Physiofusion, our specialist physiotherapists are qualified in (VRT) vestibular rehabilitation therapy and (BPPV) benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, a proven approach to reduce or eliminate vertigo symptoms by retraining your balance system.

What we help with:
✔️ Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV)
✔️ Balance problems
✔️ Post-concussion dizziness
✔️ Inner ear disturbances

Top 5 Symptoms of vertigo can include:

🔄 A spinning or swaying sensation (even while still)
😵‍💫 Dizziness or light-headedness
🚶 Unsteadiness when walking
🦻 A feeling of pressure in the ears
🧠 Nausea or difficulty focusing

You don’t have to live with it! Physiotherapy can dramatically reduce symptoms, often within just a few sessions.

Here’s how we help:

✅ Accurate Assessment: We begin by identifying the specific cause of your vertigo, whether it’s BPPV (a common inner ear condition), vestibular neuritis, post-concussion syndrome, or another issue.

✅ Specialist Manoeuvres: If you have BPPV, we use hands-on techniques like the Epley manoeuvre to reposition tiny crystals in the inner ear, which can stop vertigo in its tracks, often in just 1–2 sessions.

✅ Tailored Exercises: We prescribe balance and eye coordination exercises that help your brain adapt and compensate, reducing dizziness and improving stability over time.

✅ Support & Reassurance: Vertigo can feel overwhelming, but we guide you through every step. Our aim is to reduce your symptoms, restore your confidence, and get you back to normal life safely.

Gardening injuries are more common (and more serious) than you think.

While it might feel relaxing, the repetitive bending, lifting and kneeling involved in gardening can cause a host of issues, especially if your body's already a little stiff or out of balance.

Here are the most common injuries we treat from gardening, particularly this time of year:

1. Lower back strain
2. Shoulder tendonitis
3. Knee pain
4. Wrist or thumb sprains
5. Trapped nerves

The most serious ones?
Disc bulges (hello, sciatica!), rotator cuff tears, and worn knee cartilage, all of which take longer to heal and often need expert support.

And if you're dealing with nerve pain, frozen shoulder or tendon damage? These injuries can linger for months without proper rehab.

🛑 Don’t wait until it becomes a long-term problem.
If something doesn’t feel right, let us help you catch it early and recover properly. You can reach out to us for FREE advice at any time.

Injured or in pain? Here are 5 things you need to consider!

1️⃣ Pain is a warning sign — not the whole story.
2️⃣ Rest isn’t always the best fix. Your body often needs guided movement.
3️⃣ Google can’t assess your body — but a physio can.
4️⃣ The earlier you act, the quicker you recover.
5️⃣ No pain doesn’t mean the problem’s solved. Rehab matters.

At Physiofusion, we look beyond symptoms to treat the real cause, helping you recover properly, not just temporarily.

📍 Book in today and take the first step towards lasting relief.

Patience with ligament injuries matters. Why? Ligament injuries are deceptively frustrating. One moment you're walking fine, the next you're hobbling with a swollen ankle or unstable knee. And just when you think you're on the mend, a wrong step sets you back again. So why do these injuries take so long to heal? And why is it so risky to return to activity too soon?

Patience with ligament injuries matters. Because of how long they take to "fully" heal, it is vital we don't rush the process. We can help.

🙌🏼 The earlier you see a Physiotherapist regarding your injury, the quicker you will recover.

The impact of early intervention Physiotherapy for long-term recovery:

Early intervention reduces the risk of chronic pain and permanent disability by addressing musculoskeletal imbalances and promoting healing before compensatory patterns develop.

For example, untreated injuries often progress to chronic pain, while early rehabilitation improves prognosis and prevents long-term physical complications.

🦶 Before & After (in just the 1st session!)

Corns are hard or thick areas of skin that can be painful to walk on. While they’re not “serious”, if left untreated, they can cause longer lasting issues, and will most certainly always return if not removed properly.
