Delivery & Installation Technician x2

Duties:
- Install and deliver all our equipment according to specifications
- Fitting of grab rails, shower seats and associated equipment
- Customer care standards must be met
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of installations
- Maintain accurate documentation of installation activities

- Delivery of all of our routine products

- DIY/Practical trade experience essential

Requirements:
- Previous experience in installation works involving technical and practical skills
- Strong technical skills and ability to use a drill with understanding of wall fixings and associated works
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Welcome to Jay-Care Stairlift & Mobility, I am Paul Anderson, owner and Managing Director.

I am fortunate to have worked within the mobility industry for more than 33 years. I have held a variety of positions during my time, from Service engineer, Rehabilitation Specialist, General Manager and now Managing Director.

As a company I take great pride in our customer care philosophy, nothing is too much trouble, customer choice and the correct advice mixed with the space and time to choose the products of your choice wherever relevant, to maximise the product specifications in order to give you, the customer, the very best solution for budget and needs.
