A brilliant session with Scarlett yesterday!

Working on hip and knee extension, gait training and standing balance.

Scarlett is doing amazing 🤩 following hip surgery.

She has settled beautifully into her new ankle foot orthese from September courtesy of Let’s Go Physio.

This weeks Inservice Training with Ottobock Rep Andreia Lopes was very informative 💡

We learnt about a range of products and services.

Looking forward to introducing these with our patients diagnosed with a range of neurological conditions such as stroke, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease.

Make a splint with us ✅

Casting and scanning onsite at our orthotics lab means we can have scans to our manufacturers in minutes, reducing our carbon footprint, transportation and environmental costs.

It also means a quicker turnaround time for our clients.

Not all clients are suitable for 3D printed splints but where possible we are working towards additive manufacturing🦵

✅ Thermoplastic splints can also be made in this way.

This month, we are championing awareness and research into Down Syndrome.

The work we do with the amazing children and adults with Down Syndrome is some of our most rewarding.

This year the theme of the campaign is ‘TO BE’.

A celebration of individuality, focusing on what every person with Down syndrome deserves “to be”, what they aspire “to be” and what they are proud “to be”.

This is something that is really important to us at Let’s Go Physio and we pride ourselves on our ‘person centred’ approach to all of our work.

We are joining DSUK - Positive About Down Syndrome in encouraging everyone to join us in embracing and celebrating differences in a positive and meaningful way.

Schroth Therapy is an effective non-invasive treatment for the management of Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis (AIS).

Developed by physical therapist Katharina Schroth in the early 20th century, Schroth therapy has been proven to help reduce the degree of spinal curvature in scoliosis cases. It is effective!

Our first National Association of Paediatric Chartered Physiotherapists Conference for Let’s Go Physio.

We were apprehensive about taking time out away from the day job and our families but it was a great success; we loved it.

With a special focus on childhood long term conditions Alaina, Claire, and the whole team have come away with ideas to help childhood FND, ME, CRPS, Neurodiversity and clients with Neuro Respiratory conditions;
