Hate serious/bore off posts π€£ but there have been some queries over our cancellation policy recently. Please see below for clarity ππΌ
***** Our cancellation policy *****
β¨A 50% deposit per appointment is to be paid via bank transfer within 24 hours of enquiry/provisional booking with us, or we can not reserve. The balance can be paid on the day of your appointment in cash or Bacs. Not applicable for vouchers.
β¨This deposit is only transferable if you cancel your appointment 48 hours before your appointment. It is NOT refundable, unless there is the unlikely event that your therapist has to cancel your appointment. The deposit can be used to secure another appointment. It cannot be used as a balance towards an existing booking.
β¨If you have a voucher to redeem no deposit is required; however you will lose the full amount of the voucher if you fail to cancel your appointment within the 48 hour cancellation period.
β¨You may only reschedule the 'same' appointment 3 times. Failure to attend on the 3rd reschedule will result in your deposit being lost.
β¨If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel less than 48 hours before, the full amount/balance WILL STILL BE DUE. No future bookings can be made until this balance is paid. You will lose your full voucher amount also.
β¨No shows - We will wait for 15 mins for you after your appointment start time. After that your appointment will be cancelled. Again, forgetting your appointment and a no show will require full balance payment.
