Therapy at the massage hut is so much more than a massage......

We have those who sleep, taking their appointment to have complete rest 💆🏼‍♂️

Those who chat for the full duration; about their week, their holiday recommendations, their past, their life goals, the book they've just finished, their family......anything! I love learning about you all ❤️

Those who need to talk. About difficulties, struggles. Those who release and cry it out. I may not have the answers but I hear you! I promise it's a safe space. I give good hugs too if needed ☺️❤️

And those who are a mix or none of all the above, those who use their time to quietly relax, to mull it over, to think about what they'll be having for tea later that day or to think about nothing!

A massage session at the hut is whatever you need it to be ❤️..it's your time and we are here for you, however that time needs to be spent
