Yesterday we attended the Burnley Year of Culture 2027 planning event at Burnley Mechanics — a fantastic celebration of cultural minds across Burnley.

As part of the event, New Era proudly showcased how we are a Neurodiversity-Friendly organisation, highlighting the wellbeing activities and supportive spaces we provide for neurodivergent individuals and families. 💙

👏 A big shout-out to Graeme, our Development Manager, and to Brady, who regularly takes part in our wellbeing activities — your support and involvement make a real difference! ✨

Creative Arts Health Activities led by Neil of Colourful Memories.

Join our exciting partnership with Colourful Memories and discover the joy of creative arts and health activities in a welcoming, supportive environment.
These sessions are open to adults of any age who may feel lonely, have special educational needs, disabilities, or social anxiety.

Each session is led by Neil, a caring and qualified Arts-Health Practitioner (M.A. Distinction) with over 40 years’ experience in the arts. Neil is also an experienced carer who values patience and supports every individual’s unique ability and interest.

This is a wonderful chance to relax, connect with others, and explore art and activities. It doesn’t matter if you’re not creative – Neil will help you develop your confidence and skills, and what you accomplish might surprise you.
