✅ Challenge Complete!

Ben and Oli have smashed the National Three Peaks Challenge — completing all three mountains in 21 hours and 35 minutes! 💪⏱️

Not only did they conquer 3 peaks in under 24 hours, but they also raised over £700 for the NSPCC 🎉 — a huge achievement at just 17 years old.

There are aching legs, a few blisters, and plenty of tired smiles… but every step was worth it for such an incredible cause. ❤️

🔴 First Aid Friday: Do you know what to do if a child is choking?

One of the most vital skills you can learn is recognising and treating choking.
Food, sweets or small objects can easily become lodged in a child’s airway.
Knowing what to do quickly can save a life.

👉 Recognising choking:

• Mild: Child can still speak, cough or breathe. Encourage coughing.
If your child is old enough, ask them “are you choking?”

• Severe: Child cannot speak, breathe or is silent while struggling. Immediate action
needed.

👉 Treatment (child over 1 year/adult):
• Give up to 5 back blows between the shoulder blades.
• If unsuccessful, give 5 abdominal thrusts.
• Alternate between the two until the obstruction clears or help arrives.
