What do you do for selfcare??

Selfcare is very important. Sometimes life, work, family, kids can all take over and you forget to take care of yourself.

Goes for men and women. Just having an evening to yourself to have a bath, pamper, shave whatever you see as your selfcare.
Remember to look after yourself. This will help you mentally and physically.

Hello everyone. For those who do not know me. I'm a Soft Tissue Therapist by title. However, there is so much more to what I do. I treat injuries and pain along with massage and health issues.

I have a huge interest in natural remedies, and in my spare time, along with walking my beautiful Roxy, I love to study natural remedies and herbs. In the 1800s no doubt I would have been classed a witch, which were, in fact, just healers. Although I'm an apparent descendant anyway.

So here I am, studying herbs for fun as part of my CPD 😆
I am contemplating an actual qualification in this at some point.

Honestly, it's amazing!! My kitchen is on par with the local herbalist shop 🤣

Remember, it's not about the gifts ita about being happy. Whether you are celebrating with someone or you alone. Enjoy life and have a day doing whatever you want. To be fair, you are only going to do what you want if you are having Christmas alone 😂
