❗️Important Notice for our patients at Cedars Medical Group ❗️

From the 11th May, Cedars Medical Group will be changing the way we offer appointments 🩺

We will be moving to an online system where our clinicians will triage all GP appointment requests, ensuring that you are seen by the most appropriate clinician in a timely manner ⏱️

We hope that this will help make better use of the appointments we have available.
We will be asking patients to complete an online patient triage form which can be found on our website at www.cedarsmedicalgroup.nhs.uk. We will then contact you with either advice or an appointment where appropriate ✅


➡️ The fastest way to get help from a clinician is by submitting an online form for yourself or asking for a family member to do this on your behalf, you do not need a password or log on to do this.

If you are unable to do this then our reception team will be able to complete the form on your behalf before it is looked at by our triage clinician.

❗Please allow us 48 hours to sign off your repeat prescription. We advise all of our patients to request their medication up to 7 days prior to the due date 💊

Once your prescription is signed off by one of our GP's, it is then at the pharmacists discretion as to when it will be made up and ready for collection - Please contact your nominated pharmacy for more information on this.
