There are 3 weeks left to join this nurturing and empowering yoga series designed specifically to support women at all stages of menopause—from perimenopause to postmenopause and everything in between.

Each session offers practical tools, calming movement, and breathwork to help you reconnect with your body, ease symptoms, and feel supported in this powerful transition.

4-WEEK YOGA BLOCK: MENOPAUSE SUPPORT

Starting this Tuesday 3 rd June I’m offering a special 4-week yoga series designed to support women navigating the journey of menopause. Each week will focus on a different theme, with practical tools, movement, and breathwork to ease symptoms and reconnect with your body.

Week 1: Anxiety and Overwhelm – gentle practices to calm the nervous system
Week 2: Hot Flushes and Night Sweats – cooling, calming postures and breathwork
Week 3: Empowerment and Strength – build resilience and embrace change
Week 4: Menopause Bridge – restorative yoga, breathwork, and tools for managing menopause symptoms

This series is informed by my training in menopause yoga. My aim is to create a supportive and understanding space for women in all stages of menopause.

Whether you’re in the early stages of perimenopause, postmenopause, or anywhere in between, I’d love to have you join us.

Join us for a nourishing and immersive mini retreat to align with the energy of early summer — a short but potent season governed by the Secondary Fire element, where we focus on emotional openness, connection, and fluidity in both body and mind.

This unique event will be soundtracked by a live DJ and experienced through wireless headphones, creating a personal, immersive environment that helps you tune deeply inward, while moving and resting in rhythm with music and breath.



What to Expect:

Seasonal Yoga & the Early Summer Meridians:
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, early summer is connected to the Pericardium (protector of the heart) and the Triple Heater (our internal harmonizer of body systems). These meridians govern connection, boundaries, and regulation. Our practice will focus on softening tension in the upper body, opening the chest and shoulders, and restoring energetic balance across the body.

Grounding Breathwork

Seasonal Yoga Flow:

Guided Yoga Nidra:
Drop into profound rest with a Yoga Nidra practice delivered through your headphones. The live DJ will weave ambient sound to guide you through a deeply restoring journey — ideal for nervous system reset and emotional integration.

Qi Gong/Yoga Body Clock Flow:
We’ll explore a movement sequence based on the body’s natural energetic rhythms. This blend of Qi Gong and yoga aligns with the body’s internal clock, helping to circulate energy, release tension, and support full-body harmony.

Refreshments:
Enjoy a short break with herbal teas and seasonal snacks to nourish and hydrate from within.

Exciting times.
I am now doing the Seasonal Advance Yang Teacher Training course with the wonderful Julie Hanson and Sue Woodd. One of the fascinating things we’re diving into is the Body Clock – a core element in Traditional Chinese Medicine that maps out the body’s energy flow across a 24-hour cycle.

Each organ system has a two-hour window where its energy is at its peak, affecting everything from digestion and detoxification to sleep and emotional wellbeing. By aligning our practices and lifestyle with this natural rhythm, we can support the body’s own wisdom and find better balance physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Since learning more about this and beginning to work with the body clock, I’ve genuinely noticed that my sleep has improved and my energy levels feel more consistent and higher throughout the day. Coincidence? Maybe… but it definitely feels like my system is syncing in a deeper way.

If you’d like to explore this with me, I’ll be doing a live feed (time to be confirmed!) where we’ll practice in line with the clock and feel it for ourselves.
