The Fling is open!

A 53 mile (85 km) way-marked trail ultramarathon along the southern 53 miles of Scotland's iconic West Highland Way trail through the Loch Lomond & the Trossachs National park from Milngavie to Tyndrum, Scotland.

Another great event at Lakeland....Challenging as ever!!. Well done to runrecover clients who finished and hard lines to those who had to pull out due to injury/feet meltdown. Well done to all runners and thanks to organisers and all the fantastic marshals.... Next years distance 🤔😅
