First day back working after a relaxing break and what a lovely surprise to be gifted these flowers and card 💐

One of my clients is having her baby soon and it’s been a privilege to help relieve pregnancy related symptoms over the last few months🤰

It’s such an honour to be part of the pregnancy journey and wonderful to finally meet the baby too 👶.

Getting ready for a Hopi ear treatment 👂🕯️

If you’ve not had this treatment before and intrigued what it is, this is what the candles look like.
Cotton or muslin cloth soaked in beeswax scented with honey 🐝 and herbs 🪴

Not only a relaxing experience but also offers a number of health benefits. These candles have been particularly popular at the moment to help combat blocked sinuses 🤧 due to hayfever. Also great after flying to help regulate ear pressure ✈️

The passenger riding beside me this morning to a mobile baby reflexology appointment, my demonstration doll 👶😄

So lovely to finally meet the baby after so many months of treating mummy 🤰

I demonstrate on the doll so mum or dad can follow what I’m doing on their own baby. This then gives them the confidence and techniques to carry out a reflexology treatment on their baby anytime they should need it.
Today I demonstrated massage and reflexology techniques to help with colic and reflux issues 👣

How lovely it was to be gifted a ‘takeaway present’ from the new parents. Musk perfume and chocolate. A traditional practice when coming to see a new baby 👶

Such a beautiful sunny day in Plymouth celebrating my sons passing out parade in the Royal Navy ⚓️

I’m one proud momma ⭐️ 10 weeks have gone so quickly but I have missed him so much ❤️.

I get to spend Easter with him now until he’s off again on his next phase of training.

No matching pair of feet left unfortunately 👣, but thought they might come in useful for demonstration purposes, even if on the small side 👀😆
