Basal body temperature tracking is a useful way of confirming ovulation has occurred and identifying fertile windows. It is also useful for identifying long term cycle patterns and confirming the luteal phase.

This is why I like to supply my fertility clients with a thermometer and temperature chart for the best chance of success ✨

The snow now seems to be melting ☃️and roads finally clearing 🫠. The road here is fully accessible, one of the benefits of being on a bus route 🚌👍
