We’re excited to have Pete from Matt Fiddes Martial Arts joining us at the Revive Festival of Wellbeing.

You’ll be able to meet Pete at Fulfen Primary School between 12–4pm, where he’ll be chatting to families about martial arts training and how it can help build confidence, focus and resilience.

Pete will also be running two fun martial arts taster sessions during the festival:

Move with Confidence: A Martial Arts Taster
A dynamic 30-minute session designed to give you a flavour of martial arts training in a supportive and energetic setting. Using simple drills inspired by different martial arts styles, you’ll build coordination, strength and confidence while having fun.

Next up on the Festival of Wellbeing line-up… Jane Woodham from Evolve Therapy 🌿

Jane is a counsellor who works from our wellbeing rooms at Revive Yoga and Wellbeing Studio, supporting children, young people and families with emotional wellbeing. She also works with adults, offering a safe and supportive space to explore life’s challenges.

You’ll be able to meet Jane at Fulfen Primary School between 12–4pm to chat and find out more about the support she offers.

Jane will also be hosting an online session at 6.30pm as part of the festival:

💻 When Therapy Doesn’t Feel Like the Right Step Yet: Supporting Your Child’s Emotional Wellbeing

This thoughtful session is designed for parents and carers who feel concerned about their child’s emotional wellbeing but aren’t sure what support should look like right now. Jane will explore why some children are not ready for therapy and how parents can gently support them through this in-between space with more confidence and reassurance.

We’re delighted to welcome Julie Gough from Eat Well to Be Well to the Revive Festival of Wellbeing.

Julie is a registered nutritional therapist who supports people to improve their health through realistic, sustainable nutrition choices that work in everyday life. Her approach focuses on small, achievable changes that can make a real difference to energy, wellbeing and long-term health.

You can meet Julie at Fulfen Primary School between 12–4pm, where she’ll be available to chat and share advice.

Julie will also be joining our Wellbeing Expert Panel at 1pm at Fulfen – a free session where you can listen to local experts discussing all things wellbeing.

She’ll then be hosting a family-friendly talk at Fulfen:

Practical and realistic ideas to help busy families improve everyday nutrition without restriction or overwhelm.

Nicola is a transformation coach and breathwork facilitator who helps people regulate their nervous system, gain clarity and create meaningful change through powerful mind–body techniques.

You’ll be able to meet Nicola at the main festival hub at Fulfen Primary School between 12–4pm, where she’ll be exhibiting and available to chat about her work.

Step away from the noise of the outside world and into a sacred space of deep rest and stillness.

Join Jen from Serenity Sound & Soul for a 90-minute immersive evening combining the slow medicine of Restorative and Yin Yoga with the powerful healing vibrations of a Reiki Gong Soundbath.

The evening includes:

🧘‍♀️ Restorative & Yin Yoga (7.00–7.45pm)
A gentle, floor-based practice focused on being rather than doing. Long-held, supported postures help release tension from the body, soothe the nervous system and allow you to fully soften and surrender.

🎶 Sacred Reiki Gong Soundbath (7.45–8.30pm)
Settle into complete stillness as you are bathed in the resonant frequencies of the Reiki Gong, supporting deep relaxation and restoration.

This session is perfect if you are feeling tired, overwhelmed or in need of time to properly switch off.

Bringing wellbeing to the heart of our community, the Revive Festival of Wellbeing is a day to pause, breathe and reconnect - offering wellbeing tools and strategies for real people, for real life, at every age and for all abilities.

This is your chance to discover local mental health support, wellbeing organisations and trusted practitioners you may not even realise are available on your doorstep.

Whether you’re looking for calm for the whole family or a chance to step away, slow down and reconnect with yourself, the festival offers something for everyone. Enjoy family-friendly wellbeing sessions, alongside more nurturing experiences designed to help you unwind - from breathwork, mindfulness and meditation to yoga, a mini sound bath, and pampering with Temple Spa.

You’ll also be able to explore nutrition, holistic wellbeing and gentle movement, all through accessible taster sessions making it easy to try something new in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

💚 This event is raising funds for Fulfen Primary School and Revive CIC, helping to support local community wellbeing projects and our Burntwood yoga and wellbeing studio.

Our much-loved Chair Yoga classes with Kirsty have been so popular that we’re excited to share we’ve now launched a second weekly session 🎉

Delivered in partnership with Active Lichfield (part of Lichfield District Council), these sessions are part funded — which means they’re just £3 per class and open to everyone.

Chair Yoga is a gentle, supportive way to improve mobility, strength, balance and wellbeing — perfect if you’re looking for something accessible and confidence-building 💛
