Join Nicola — an incredible wellness professional, passionate animal lover, and ultra-marathon runner (yes, she’s just completed an ultra in Snowdonia and the Chicago Marathon!) — for her brand new class at Revive on Friday 24 October.
Nicola brings a grounded, down-to-earth energy to her sessions, helping you find calm and clarity through the power of your own breath. Her style of breathwork focuses on slow and deep breathing techniques to calm the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, and create a deeper sense of relaxation.
✨ Expect a mix of gentle movement, breathwork techniques, and a closing meditation to help you feel balanced and at ease.
Practiced regularly, breathwork can lower heart rate and blood pressure, improve sleep, emotional regulation, and athletic performance — and help quiet the noise of overthinking so you can think more clearly.
🧘♀️ Everyone is welcome. Mats and blankets provided — just come as you are, dress comfortably, and bring water.
