Lets visualise what can be. Imagine this is you. Hear yourself saying it in group. Know how it feels, be proud, be prepared and be amazing.

Weekend, I'm ready for you! 💪 ✨

For the first time in a long time, I’m heading into the weekend with a plan, and control.

No more “start again Monday” mindset. No more feeling guilty on Sunday night. I’ve realised weekends don’t have to halt my progress—they can support it.

✅ I’ve done my food shop
✅ I’ve got a few treats planned that are still on-plan (hello hi-fi bars!)
✅ I’m making time for my runs 💪
✅ And I’ve even planned my date night within my syn allowance

I’m proving to myself that I can have fun, stay social, and still stay in control. 💪

It’s not about being perfect—it’s about being prepared. I’ve come too far to let two days undo five good ones. And do you know what? That mindset shift feels pretty amazing. 🤩

If you’re in group with me, I’ll see you next week, proud and smiling 😄💃

Here at slimming world once a year our members have a big clothes throw out of everything they have slimmed out of 😁
This year my groups got rid of 178 bags of clothes and shoes that are now too big for them😱😱
But that’s not the best bit… the best thing is they all get donated to Cancer research thus raising a whopping £5518 🙌🙌
Well done everyone 🙌🙌

After a very fair trial he has been found guilty of trying to sabotage the Slimming World members weight losses with all kinds of Easter temptations, but please be aware the pesky bunny is now safely behind burrow bars after facing the repercussions of his actions...
You can all breathe a sigh of relief and know what's done is done, and now look forward to getting back on track!

we totally get it. Life can be so busy and can just get in the way, and a week can turn into 2, then 3 x
Life can be so hard with what it chucks at us, too 💓
I did promise you, tho when you joined that, I would do what I could to get everyone to their dreams 🎯
And that includes reminding you all that you are all amazing 🤩 and that the past ,it doesn't matter, because as much as we all want to , we can't change it, but looking forward we can absolutely get back on that path, get back to losing and each week get one step closer to your weight loss goals x
