Time to update you - there’s a change coming, and I want to be clear about it.

Kay Downie – The Soul Mechanic will be stopping
completely later this year and the company will be removed from Companies House.
That part is ending.

What isn’t ending is the work itself.

The services that have sat under that name — the readings, the Kinetic Shift work, the conversations that create real internal change — will still be available, just not under a registered company banner.

This isn’t a disappearance or a retreat.
It’s a simplification. I’m stepping away from the business structure, not from supporting people who need the kind of work I offer.

If you’ve worked with me before, nothing about the way I work changes.

If you’re new, you can still access the same depth, the same honesty, the same focus on meaningful shift rather than surface fixes.

More will be shared in time, but for now this is about clarity.

An ending of a name.

Not an ending of the work.
