Let’s talk about something important: secondary trauma.

As parents, carers, and professionals, we pour so much of ourselves into helping others, especially traumatised children. But this can take a toll on our own mental health. If you’ve ever felt emotionally numb, constantly anxious, or just not like yourself, secondary trauma might be the reason.

Start a gratitude journal – each day, capture something you’re thankful for with doodles or colors.

We can find our own ways to live life each day, make beautiful memories, have everlasting relationships with people and have positive approach to deal with problems of life.

So today’s little tip of the day is to embrace the present moment. Take a deep breath and appreciate the world around you.

Whether it's the warmth of the sun on your face, the sound of laughter from a loved one, or the simple pleasure of a quiet cup of tea, these moments are the threads that weave the fabric of our lives.

Remember, it's often the small, seemingly insignificant experiences that leave the biggest impact on our hearts. So, pause, cherish the now, and let gratitude fill your day.
