At Cookson Tyrer, we are proud to be a local drop off point for the Food Bank in Burscough. Our doors are open 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and you see a drop off box just next to our front door. Any donations are gratefully received.

Items which we are currently requesting are:
-Tinned Produce
-Cereals
-Long Life Milk
-Toiletries
-Washing Powder

We appreciate all donations big or small!

Terry loved motorcycles, he went to the Isle of Man TT most years and shared this passion with his wife, Gloria. I had the honour of directing Terry's funeral and what better way to send Terry off than in a motorcycle hearse?

This month we ran an Easter Egg Appeal to collect lots of chocolate eggs for the children at Ormskirk Hospital's Children's Ward. Thanks to our amazing local community we managed to collect an amazing 40 eggs!

Recently we held a ''Guess the name of the Teddy'' competition. This competition raised £82 for Barnardo's, thank you everyone who entered.

We can now confirm the winner of this was Amanda. Picture here is the ''Sammie'' the teddy with Amanda's dog, Bobby. We hope Bobby likes his new friend!

Earlier this week Kayleigh, Lorrisa and Vanessa made a visit to Park Grove Care Home, Burscough to hand out Treat Bag's for all their female residents to celebrate Mother's Day. We hope these joy to all the ladies. Thank you to Carrie and the Park Grove Team for being so welcoming.
