I specialise in maintenance and weight management . I lost 6 stones on the plan in 2009 and was so delighted with the results , I gave up my NHS career of 25 years and joined the company . I have the loveliest little beauty / therapy room available to rent in my 1:1 Diet Shop in Hindley …. (Atherton Road ). It is fully self contained …Would be suitable for beauty / nails / lashes / therapy / tattooists / reiki / hair extensions …. ( we already have aesthetics and facials thankyou ) we are looking for people who will fit in with our lovely 1:1 Diet Team who are already based there . We have a communal bathroom and kitchen with microwave and fridge . Also CCTV and alarmed

Would prefer to have people who want the room for the whole week …. however would consider a day rate for the right people ( minimum 2 days a week ).

Rent includes bills , wifi , and tea and coffee

How amazing does my fabulous client Maxine look . She lost 3 stones with me in 2020 and has been maintaining like a dream ever since . We are still in contact weekly ( she can’t shake me off ) and when she comes back from her many holidays if things have gone astray then she jumps back on plan for a few weeks to get rid of any damage …, although she’s never more than 7 lb away from her goal weight .

To anyone who says it’s a fad diet and you’ll put all the weight back on …. then this one is for you . With the correct support on this plan ….. anyone can change their life and lose weight …. but more importantly they can also keep it off !!

How amazing is it to be recognised and rewarded for doing a job you love ?? I’ve honestly never known anything like it …. arrived home tonight up the most gorgeous flowers and note from our Head office Team . ( not to mention the trip to Miami and cruise to the Bahamas next September if course ) It’s an absolute privilege to do what I do and help people change their lives every single day …. Thankyou to my amazing clients for choosing me , to my fabulous Team for all their hard work and support and to my beautiful family without who none of this would be possible !!! Who knew when I left the NHS 15 years ago that things world turn out like this 🩷🩷🩷🩷

Well what a day ….. week , month , year !!!

No idea where to start really but as of 3.45 pm today I found out I’d won my 8 th consecutive Champions trip for next year !! I know I bang on about how well rewarded we are by this Company but this year it’s none other than a fabulous cruise out of Miami and to the Bahamas in September 2025 !!! 😍

I mean is this even real ? I honestly can’t thank everyone enough who supports me and my business….. from every single client , each and every Team member , our fabulous Head Office staff and of course my wonderful family and long suffering Mr BB !!!

It never ceases to amaze me whenever I win any of these trips , and they never become any less exciting or fabulous !! This one is an extra special one as it’s our companies 40 th birthday celebrations ( they started the year I was born ) so I get to go on the trip with 4 of my amazing Team members and loads of my friends too !!! I actually am gobsmacked as the year on a personal level has been really really challenging so I’d kind of ruled it out ….. but somehow we managed to pull it out of the bag and I couldn’t be more grateful , or more excited !!

I love what I do …. and it never gets old helping people transform their lives …. so to anyone who has ever supported me in any single way I’d like to Thank you from the bottom of my heart 💕💕💕💕

I know I know …., they’ve only just broken up right ??

But seriously how quick will those 6 weeks go …. and why not use that time to lose some weight so that when September comes you’ll be feeling on top of the world !!

you could easily be a stone down by the time the kids go back ( if not more ) and most certainly a dress size , or even two !!
