Big news for s*xual health in England 💗

Emergency contraception (often known as the morning after pill) is now available for free from pharmacies across England.

No GP appointment.
No clinic visit.
Just ask a participating pharmacy when you need it.

This change means emergency contraception is now quicker and easier to access — and removes cost barriers for many people.

So, lets play a little game - together or solo, we won't judge. Imagine its game night and we are gonna turn up the heat ... Its time for Never Have I Ever (S*xual Health Edition)

Lets Talk About It! - Surprises!

We had a surprise visitor at our Southampton University Students' Union Freshers Fayre - A Polar bear!! and it got us thinking about having no surprises when it comes to S*x. Sometimes being bare (See what we did there) - Isn't always the best idea! 😉

Then we might have gone a bit bear-zerk with the innuendos - So these puns might be un-bear-able - but going bare really isn't. Theres a few here so, bear with us:-

- Polar, Grizzly or even teddy - every bear plays it safe with a little extra layer.
- Go wild in the woods - Just make sure you're protected
- Don't let your night turn grizzly
- Don't let an STI sneak into your den
- Ba****ck? More like bear pack - Always carry protection
- Bears hibernate but STIs don't!

We think this is all beary-good advice. No Shame. No Judgement just some bear-y cheeky reminders that protection matters.
