I had an interesting a d (for a change) encouraging experience lately. I had been treating myself for ear-ache. I have had ear- ache several times in my left ear - I think it recurs because the ear canal.is very narrow.
Anyway I went to the pharmisist to ask her to look inside my ear to tell me which part was swollen etc which she did. She described the ear drum as being swollen and said that I would need anti- biotics. When she was entering my details in the computer she asked when I had last taken anti-biotic and was surprised when I replied that I couldn't remember but it would be at least 10 years ago. She could believe I had managed without them for so long so I simply said that I preferred to treat things naturally if I could. She then said "Do you want to treat this naturally?" to which I replied that I would (I was going to anyway) she made me promise that I would go back immediately if the condition worsened which I said I would. With her information regarding the location and appearance of the infection I was able to choose the correct remedy and when she phoned to ask how I was getting on 3 days later (again very impressuve) I was a le to report that all the symptoms had gone and I felt fine.
An example of how two practitioners could respect each others expertise and work together when they keep a open.mind.

My sons often had coughs as toddlers. It was their area of susceptibility. I gained a lot of experience using my Helios first aid kit for their coughs. Note only half of these remedies are in the Basic 18 Helios kit. The others are in the 36 kit.
