A place that blends nature and mindfulness so beautifully and effortlessly.
We visited yesterday as a family: we wandered the fab Easter trail, felt the sun on our faces, and just soaked up the moment, it was so nourishing.
This place has always held a special place in our hearts and now offering mindful, seasonal moments here feels so right, and something that means so much to me.
Last year, our workshops here were full of heart-filling memories. From the bunnies hopping around mid-flow in the quiet after closing time, to the quiet warmth of the summer sun on the solstice, just listening to the birds, or the stillness as the sun set over the reservoir. Just thinking back to some of these fills me with so much joy and gratitude.
And to then hear someone say, “This was exactly what I needed,” or seeing someone new to yoga leave glowing, having completely enjoyed their experience is just wonderful.
The joy in welcoming people I’d never met into these magical moments, as well as being able to share them with those who’ve followed me for a while, who connect with nature as medicine, with slowing down, and with giving themselves the gift of pressing pause has been such a blessing too.
It’s all something I don’t take for granted. And so it feels such an honour to be able to offer these again this year.
From immersing ourselves in the beauty and lessons of blossom, to watching the sun go down and mindfully closing our day.
So if you’re craving something slower, different, and deeply intentional… this is it!
