Child’s Pose — one of my favourites.
It can be practiced anywhere, anytime, and for as long as you need.
In this pose, you can allow yourself to let go completely — to soften, to surrender, to return to your physical body.
With every breath 🌬️, feel the tension slowly melting away, exhale by exhale.
Come back to yourself. Let the mind quiet down.
Child’s Pose is beautiful because it strips everything away — you become totally open, totally vulnerable… gently held, cuddled by existence. 💫
