If you’re changing your diet this January, read this first
Stop trying to do everything all at once
You don’t need to be perfect
You don’t need to start fasting, reducing carbs or cutting out certain foods
You need to learn how to make decisions around food that are not based on emotion
You don’t need to count calories rigidly
Because right now it might be that you’re sleep deprived, time poor & feeling out of control
So actually a few realistic and doable changes to your diet need to come first

So that even when times get tough, you feel sluggish or emotions are in full force, you have your structure in place
