CHOC CHIP BANANA BREAD🍌🍞🍫

This recipe is too good not to share. If you have a sweet tooth and want to enjoy a piece of cake that is moist and moreish, but also nutritious, this is it✨

This is easy to make and contains less sugar than your average cake, plus more fibre. It’s a great bake for busy weeks when you need a healthy but delicious satiating snack to grab on the go. It also works as a dessert, served with greek yoghurt, seeds & berries🍓

So take this as your reminder that NUTRITIOUS FOOD DOESNT HAVE TO BE BORING👊🏼

Welcome to my 2016 camera roll where running was my personality, I discovered healthy fats, was fully in my taking pics of everything I ate era, met my now husband! If you’re changing your diet this January, read this first

Stop trying to do everything all at once

You don’t need to be perfect

You don’t need to start fasting, reducing carbs or cutting out certain foods

You need to learn how to make decisions around food that are not based on emotion

You don’t need to count calories rigidly

Because right now it might be that you’re sleep deprived, time poor & feeling out of control

So actually a few realistic and doable changes to your diet need to come first

Then we can build!

Whole foods, fibre & protein to support your energy needs and gut health

Consistency rather than yoyo dieting

Creating new healthy habits

So that even when times get tough, you feel sluggish or emotions are in full force, you have your structure in place

Remember: the people who improve their health, lose weight, change their body composition etc, don’t get results by going hard in January

They get results because they’re willing to learn, set intentions and build healthy habits with food, nutrition and mindset

And keep showing up a

So please be realistic about making changes to your diet

Learn from qualified individuals, get the right support and be accountable

And avoid the quick fixes that leave you in a worse position than when you started.

Over & out 2025👋🏼

What a crazy year! Welcoming my daughter into the world in January has been the most wonderful thing & naturally, where my time and energy has been poured this year ❤️

Nutrition has taken a bit of a back seat, with mat leave & lots of time off dealing with a poorly baby. But, the time I have worked has been grounding. It’s been plenty of coffee, client 1-1s, meeting new people & some gorgeous events 🤎

I’m excited to welcome in 2026, to be properly back in the room, and to be helping many of you with your diets, relationships with food & nutrition generally🌻

Thank you to everyone who has supported my little business this year, it always means so much🌟
