Today, our teams began the morning in the snow at All Saint’s Church, Rangemore, for a service and burial, and finished the day under the same wintry skies at Bretby Crematorium. It was a challenging day for both our team and our journeys, yet one filled with beauty throughout.

As we draw to a close an exceptionally busy week, we hold in our thoughts the many families it has been our honour to care for. We wish you peace and rest as we enter the weekend.

Our second funeral today took us to Bretby Crematorium, where we celebrated the life of a much loved man with a special musical talent, even having played alongside the Beatles in past times.

It felt only right to place one of his guitars as a focal point on the altar, reflecting his passion for music.

It’s the finer details that allow us to truly tailor each funeral, making every farewell as personal and meaningful as possible.

We have finished the year at Bretby Crematorium today. A touch of spring to our uniforms with the tulip and daffodil button holes, and the sun shining too.

We never take for granted how honoured we are to walk these paths with the families we serve. 🌷

Vintage and modern combined for the most elegant farewell. A vintage Rolls Royce hearse accompanied by two modern Bentley limousines, timeless class and luxury together.

Christmas Day can be a difficult day for many, particularly when someone we love is missing.
