Hello! I'm Andrea, the founder and lead therapist at Mind Body Harmony Services. With a passion for holistic health and over 5 years of experience in psychotherapy, I believe in the power of integrating mental and physical well-being. My approach involves measuring key metrics such as sleep, nutrition, and exercise to create personalised treatment plans that promote overall wellness. I hold a BSc (honours) in Psychology and Counselling from the Open University and am certified in CBT and Psychoanalysis. My mission is to help individuals achieve balanced, lasting wellness through comprehensive, tailored therapy. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, strength training, and reading which further fuels my commitment to a harmonious mind and body. I look forward to guiding you on your journey to optimal health.
