Something a little different yesterday - a staff wellbeing wreath making workshop!

We showed up, we chatted, we laughed, we attempted to make a wreath....

Not entirely stress free, a little challenging, no where near perfect results but hey we were away from screens, immersed in nature and doing something for ourselves- practicing what we preach!

Evidence below - maybe we should stick to the day job! ❤️🤣

🚗 🚙 potential traffic disruption! 🚙 🚗

Just a heads up for potential traffic disruption & delays around the hospital area especially Belvedere Road this coming week - it may be mobile works or partial closures, who knows!? There are a few signs about suggesting something may be going on.

If you can leave a little extra time for your journey or find an alterative route, it may cause a little less stress 🤞

Last week the team attended the annual BACPR conference in Glasgow for the latest updates in the world of cardiac rehab. Some Glaswegian views were taken in, some haggis was tried, some colleagues were met and some friends were made. A little alcohol may have been consumed too - in moderation of course, practising what we preach! 😇 ❤️
