5 months of The Well House ♥️

Five months ago I opened the doors to my brand new studio. No clients. No members. Just positive vibes and a sprinkle of delulu 😂.

Today it’s a space filled with movement, conversations, laughter, community and people choosing to spend their time here. Building something from nothing is incredibly rewarding, but it’s also messy, exhausting and full of lessons you never see coming.

To everyone who shows up, supports us, respects the space and helps make this community what it is, thank you. It truly means everything. 🫶🏼

And to the moments (and people 😜) that challenge me or push me to grow, they’re all part of building something that lasts. I’m incredibly proud of what The Well House has become in just five months.

The vision is only getting bigger from here.

Just in time to say a final goodbye to 2025.
The year shots were fired 💥🔫🤭

It’s been a busy little year. One that’s brought disappointment, confidence knocks, and plenty of imposter syndrome, but also wins I’m genuinely proud of.

The amount of hate I’ve experienced this year has helped me learn I must be doing something right. A strange way to measure things, but here we are 😂 You’ve truly helped me grow and pushed me out of my comfort zone this year, so a very strange thank you.

There are no investors. No marketing team. No business partners.Just myself, Dora & Daisy. (And a pinch of delulu) 👱🏼‍♀️🦊🐶❤️

So the biggest thank you from us to you. I’m literally just a girl, trying my best to help people feel better, finding myself on this crazy journey, and I wouldn’t change it for the world. ✨

So here’s to 2026, going head first, with confidence, and strong foundations for what’s next.

The wonderful TERRIE has been with us for a year!

We’ve been busy behind the scenes and are so excited to share that our brand new booking system, Timely, is now up and running!

Timely gives us so much more flexibility as a clinic, from memberships and smooth online booking, to exciting back-end reports 😜. Most importantly, it makes things easier for you. You can now:

Check your upcoming appointments.
Add yourself to our cancellation list.
Book + manage your appointments with ease.

All bookings will now be made and managed online by yourself, but if you need a hand, just drop us a message at info@aliceandco.uk 💌

A polite reminder: cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge or loss of treatment. (You’ll get an email at the time of booking + a reminder 3 days before your visit.)

NEW BOOKING SYSTEM 💻

We are in the process of setting up our new booking system. ✨

We will be able to do SO much more, as well as integrate our facial memberships for Alice & Co. The new booking link will be live from August, so please book as normal until then.

As we move appointments across, you will receive new appointment confirmation emails and text messages. If your appointment reminder comes with a link for a medical history and consultation form, please complete this prior to your appointment. This then allows us the full time for your treatment, as we won’t need to do the forms with you which eats into treatment time.

I couldn’t focus on without bringing some extra magic to Alice & Co this summer as well. The clinic will be turning 2 this August (crazy!) and the new booking system is the first of many things to come. 🪄✨
