Shoutout to the legends who show up to bootcamp every week, no matter the weather, no matter the challenge. You’ve faced death by wall sit, burpee purgatory, and plank existential crises — and still manage to crack a joke mid-set.

Let’s be honest: if you hate the training you're doing, how long are you really going to stick with it?

we believe fitness should feel less like a chore and more like a highlight of your day. That’s why we focus on creating sessions that:

Have you ever thought about what your body might need 10, 20, or even 30 years from now?

Maybe it’s playing with your kids, nieces, nephews—or grandkids—and keeping up with their endless energy.

Maybe it’s bouncing back quickly from an injury or simply going about your day without feeling held back by aches and pains.

🎉 Meet Christian: The Coach Carving His Own Path at Habit Training 🎉

If you've ever trained with Christian , you’ll know he brings his own unique style to the gym—and we're here for it. 💪

Christian runs his own sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays, designing workouts his way, and it’s been amazing to watch him grow as a coach over the past 9 months. (Spoiler alert: He's smashing it.)

While he’s part of the Habit Training family—covering sessions when needed and working closely with me to learn the ins and outs of running a personal training business—Christian is also building his own mini-empire of clients.

For those lucky enough to train with him, he’ll be your dedicated coach, but you'll still have access to everything Habit Training offers.

This set up is designed to give Christian the freedom to develop his style, find his groove, and crush his own goals—because independence builds great coaches. And honestly? It’s a win-win for everyone.

So, if you’re ready to train with someone who's passionate, growing fast, and knows how to push you just right, book in with Christian on a Tuesday or Thursday for his own sessions. Or a Monday and Wednesday for him coaching a session

💡Consistency in training isn’t about willpower 💡

Consistency doesn’t always come from enjoyment—just think about taking out the bins. Or taking the kids to their sports club.

We do it because we have to. But here’s the thing: fitness doesn’t have to feel like a chore.

Unlike mundane tasks, training has the potential to be rewarding in itself. It gives you energy, boosts your mood, and helps you feel stronger and more capable in everyday life. When you find a style of exercise you enjoy, it stops feeling like a box to tick and starts becoming something you want to do.

Sure, discipline plays a role. There will be days when showing up feels like taking out the bins—necessary, but not exciting. But the more enjoyable your training is, the fewer of those days you’ll have.

Enjoyment is the spark that makes consistency sustainable.

It’s what turns a task into a habit and a habit into a lifestyle.
